How do I set up new listing alerts and save a search?

  1. New listing alerts can be set after performing a search on LoopNet.

  2. Once you’ve entered your desired search criteria, click the Save Search button at the top right of your search results page.

  3. Give your saved search a memorable title that will be used in the subject line of your new listing alert emails.
  4. Choose whether you would like to receive weekly or daily updates and click Save.

Note: You can stop receiving new listing alert emails at any given moment. Simply navigate to the top right corner of LoopNet pages, locate the drop-down menu below your name, and click on the Saved Search & Alerts option. From there, select the Off button corresponding to the specific alert you wish to deactivate. Your preferences will be promptly updated.
